Before You Purchase

☆ We currently only ship to the USA.
☆ Orders are typically shipped out within 2-7 business days unless delays are noted on the website banner.
☆ Standard shipping only.
☆ Tracking information is emailed to the customer upon fulfillment.
☆ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is received by the shipping carrier
☆ If you need to submit a return, complete the following steps -
1. Send us an email at email@example.com including your name, order number and reason for refund.
2. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to complete the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Please allow up to 10 days after receipt of your return for inspection and refund.
☆ We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does include defects/flaws - items must be inspected within 14 days of receipt of order and Sadie Scott Shop must be notified within those 14 days.
☆ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
☆ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, discounted or clearance items and all BOGO items are FINAL sale.
☆ We will notify once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
